What’s happening in November? As we near to the end of the year, with school exams in full swing, we are excited to have our FunDza courses fully operational on our mobi site. What else is FunDza up to this November?
2 November: FunDza participates in the nationwide SAVE SOUTH AFRICA campaign, saying #NoToStateCapture, by flying the SA flag high and hanging a banner outside its offices
9-10 November: Mignon attends the third module of the Tsiba Leading Sustainability programme in Johannesburg.
9 November: Shelley meeting with Zapper to get “Zapper for Donations” up and running for FunDza
11 November: Mignon meets with Fanz writer Christopher Temba and Nal’ibali’s Righardt Le Roux in Johannesburg.
16 November: Launch of #LoveReading at the FunDza/Cover2Cover offices with special guest SAFM’s Nancy Richards, and also with FunDza’s special writer, Anathi Nyadu, current author of The Diary of Zinzi Zwane and one of the contributors to the anthology.
24 November: Dorothy presents FunDza’s online reading platform to the Gauteng Provincial Government’s Library and Archival Services directorate.
30 November-2 December: Mignon attends Online Educa Berlin (OEB) 2016 to present on the topic: “Owning learning in Africa: A case study of FunDza’s online reading portal”
